ProjectUp Consulting was founded by Vicky Lewis to offer something different: senior HR technology expertise, delivered personally. There are no layers of account management or junior consultants. When you work with ProjectUp, you work with Vicky.
The consultancy exists to help Chief People Officers, HR Directors, and Talent leaders navigate the real complexity of technology change — with clarity, honesty, and a focus on what actually works.
Vicky’s background
Vicky has spent over fifteen years working at the intersection of HR, technology, and organisational change. She has led and supported implementations of major HR and talent platforms across a range of sectors, working with organisations from mid-size businesses to large, complex enterprises.
Her experience spans the full change lifecycle: from building the business case and selecting the right technology, through implementation and configuration, to the change management and adoption work that determines whether a project truly succeeds.
She has worked closely with senior HR leadership teams, helping them translate strategic ambitions into practical delivery — and navigate the inevitable challenges that arise along the way.
How I work

Technology is a means to an end. The most important question is always: what do your people need, and how will this change affect them?
Keep it honest.
I will tell you what I think, including when something is more complex than it looks or when a different approach might serve you better.
Stay close to delivery.
Good consulting does not stop at the strategy deck. I stay involved through implementation, because that is where plans meet reality.
Make it stick.
A successful implementation is one where people actually use the system. Adoption is not an afterthought — it is built into everything I do.
